Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Orland Park is hiring for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work with our adult patient in the home setting located in Chicago, IL in the Hyde Park, Harvey, and West Pullman areas. Salary: $38–$45 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy, 401(k), life and disability insurance, PTO, and transportation benefits. Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) acceptable per role.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates the plan of care and requests revisions as patient needs change.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and monitors effects.
• Maintains and documents care plans, coordinates education and discharge needs.

Maxim Healthcare in Orland Park is hiring for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work with our adult patient in the home setting located in Chicago, IL in the Hyde Park, Havrvey, and West Pullman areas.

Hyde Park: every other Friday and Saturdays + PRN 7pm-7am

Harvey: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am-7pm

West Pullman: Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am-5pm

Salary: $38- $45/ per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
