Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Care

Pay: $33 - $36 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Manito, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide home care for pediatric patients.

Position Details:

• Pediatric care
• Full-time, Day shift
• GTube experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and revise care plans as needed, based on patient condition
• Implement therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness
• Review care plans and identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
• One year RN experience preferred
