Pay: $33 - $36 / hour

Maxim Healthcare in Macomb, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiate the plan of care as directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to appropriate physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols, identify areas for education, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
