Maxim Healthcare in Jackson, MS is hiring a Registered Nurse for home care with adult patients. Schedule: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs and prescriber input.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Review care plans, identify education needs, and assist with discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
