Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license or equivalent license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred 1+ year of nursing experience in home health or acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes and monitor conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and care plans.
• Document care and communicate updates to the team.

What You'll Do

Required

• Active RN license
