Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a 1:1 RN in Earlville, IA to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The role offers a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Pay is $38-$40 per hour with weekly direct deposit and flexible scheduling. Positions are available as full-time, part-time, and PRN, with orientation and ongoing clinical support provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately
