Job description

Maxim Healthcare in Warner Robins is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from the prescriber as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to the appropriate physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols, identify areas for education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning, as applicable.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
