Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray; prior nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health status.
