LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinician to deliver infusion therapy and provide direct nursing services in patients' homes, clinics, or alternative living settings. The RN will collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers to ensure high-quality care and support infusion needs.

• CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance due to travel.

Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinician to deliver infusion therapy and provide direct nursing services and case management in patients’ homes, clinics, or alternative living settings. The role involves collaborating with patients, caregivers, physicians, healthcare providers, and payers to ensure quality care. The RN demonstrates competency in all nursing phases, acts as a professional role model, and supports home care staff with infusion needs. Responsibilities include promoting patient comfort and quality of life during infusion treatments for conditions such as infections, nutrition, pain, cancer, or chronic illnesses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed with Washington RN license and ID RN license if practicing in Idaho
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
• CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as travel is required

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Home health or infusion experience
