Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Idaho is seeking a Full-time Weekend Registered Nurse to join our field-based care team. The role requires Saturday and Sunday coverage with flexible scheduling.

The Weekend RN will perform skilled nursing visits, coordinate patient care across disciplines, and participate in case conferences. A valid RN license in the state and at least one year of clinical experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required to support home visits.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate current nursing practice knowledge.
• Valid state driver’s license required for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing visits and coordinates client care.
• Point of contact for all disciplines involved with patient care.
• Oversees frequency of visits for each episode.
• Consults with physician and office regarding patient care.
• Performs accurate OASIS collection and keeps medication profile current.
• Ensures timely reporting of lab values to physician.
• Attends weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings.

Responsibilities

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Full-time weekend ]RN position.

Flexible scheduling, but Saturday and Sunday are required.

The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who:

• Performs skilled nursing visits and completes coordination of client care,
• Point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients
• Oversees the frequency of visits for the episode.
• Consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care.
• Performs accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current.
• Ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely,
• Attends weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings

Qualifications

Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following requirements:

• Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
