Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health visits across Citra to North Marion County, FL. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, patient-centered care in patients' homes.

The RN will perform skilled nursing visits, complete OASIS assessments, and develop individualized care plans while educating patients and caregivers on disease management and safety. Florida RN license required and independence encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition.
