Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in Hernando County, FL. Join a leader with 50 years of service, providing skilled nursing visits and developing care plans.

You will complete OASIS assessments, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with physicians, and work independently with flexible scheduling and opportunities for CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation.
