Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-home visits in Lancaster County, PA. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, 1:1 patient care, and strong work/life balance.

The RN will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care using EMR on a tablet. PA RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Pennsylvania with current credentials.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical).
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
