Job summary

Jethro Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health visits to patients in their homes. This part-time role offers flexibility, one-on-one patient care, and the autonomy of independent work.

You will drive to patient homes, perform assessments, manage medications and care plans, and document visits using EMR tools. Massachusetts RN license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; home health preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with EMR and mobile documentation.

This position begins as part-time and is ideal for an RN who enjoys independent work, flexible scheduling, and one-on-one patient care. Driving to patient homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes per physician orders and care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments, vital signs, and skilled nursing interventions
• Administer medications, wound care, injections, and treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease processes, and safety
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Schedule

• Per-diem, Part-time to start
