Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an RN Visit Nurse for home health in Coraopolis, PA. You will provide in-home direct patient care per the plan of care, monitor progress, and ensure comfort and dignity for clients.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN, weekends), daily pay option, and no overtime. You will assess conditions, administer medications, care for wounds, and collaborate with the care team for excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes.
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids as prescribed.
• Inspect and care for wounds and change dressings.
• Assess for injuries or complications and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

As an RN Visit Nurse - Home Health you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim Healthcare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

As an RN Visit Nurse you will:

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery
• Assess and document patient conditions and report change as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

To qualify for a RN Visit Nurse position with us, you will need:

• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
