HiHealthCare is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our office-based Clinical Team on Oahu. The role involves supervising field staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality clinical care for our clients.

The successful candidate will oversee care delivery, collaborate with physicians and case managers, and support program development while adhering to agency standards. This is a full-time position based in Hawaiʻi with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Active Hawaii RN license is required.
• Current BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel across Oʻahu.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise field staff visits to ensure high-quality clinical care.
• Coach and provide feedback on clinical processes and policies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and other staff.
• Ensure plans of care are updated per guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Participate in QA audits and incident investigations.
