We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s): Home Health Nurse - RN PRN in the South Clermont area (34714).

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review
• Administer medication as prescribed by the physician
• Dress (or re-dress) wounds
• Provide patient education
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress
• Supervise and conduct competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed
• Make recommendations for devices, tools, or medications to improve patient quality of life

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Successful completion of a Level II background check prior to offer and training
• Complete competency check and all orientation before initiating patient care
• Current FL State RN license
