Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing in Virginia.
• Minimum one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, hospice, or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments.
• Manage wound care and IV therapy where applicable.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
