Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington/Compact is required or compact license recognized.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other clinicians.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision.
• Document activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, prevention, and nursing needs.
