Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care across multiple counties in Washington. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, manage medications, and support families and patients in their homes.

We offer paid training, an individual caseload, and a flexible schedule with options for full-time or part-time roles. Competitive hourly pay and sign-on bonuses are available to qualified RNs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington/Compact is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Flexible scheduling and multi-county coverage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families in care plans.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the plan of care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Document nursing actions, assessments, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, prevention, and nursing needs.
