Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state where practicing.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates plan of care and adjusts with prescriber input as patient needs change.
• Delivers therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes for changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and coordinates education and discharge planning as needed.
