ABL Health Care in Livermore, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team on a full-time basis. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with our clinical team in the field.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and report signs/symptoms signaling a change in patient condition to Physician, Case Manager, and/or as needed Director of Nursing.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy using a company‑provided device.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) when assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Home Health team and provide exceptional care throughout the region. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will evaluate patients' health, create and implement care plans, and track their progress to maintain the highest standards of care. You'll be working closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, providing support both remotely and independently in the field.
