Trilogy Home Healthcare in Ocala, FL is seeking a Clinical Team Manager, RN to lead a clinical interdisciplinary team in a full-time role. The position offers a salary between $85,000 and $90,000, depending on experience, with on-site duties at 3200 SW 34th Ave, Ocala.

You will oversee care delivery quality, staffing, and program oversight, while mentoring staff and collaborating with physicians to resolve patient issues.

Formación

• Licensed RN with an active Florida license.
• Minimum 1+ year Medicare Home Health field experience.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure quality care delivery and staffing adequacy.
• Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians.
