- 2+ years of management experience in a Medicare Home Health agency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain Medicare and agency regulatory compliance.
- Plan, implement and evaluate agency programs and services.
- Provide leadership to clinical and operational teams.
- Support agency growth and overall performance.
- Promote strong cross-department communication.
