There is no max mileage to drive; the average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly.

Best central location for housing: University City and/or Concord, but must be comfortable to float throughout the areas above.

• Teammates are required to complete 6 visits a day (routine visits, discharge, ROC, recert, reassessment)
• Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year Home Health Nursing
• First-time traveler acceptance: Yes, if seasoned to home health
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Chronic diseases, wound care/wound vac, IV, pleurx
• Required Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License and proof of Insurance, BLS
• Skills required: IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS, case management (ability to oversee 25-30 patients)
• Support within Department: Leadership, Scheduler, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Peers/Team
• Technology/Equipment: EPIC Rover (view only), Focura (upload docs), Samsung Note 9 phones, Home Care Home Base
• Orientation: 5 days with Preceptor via NEO
• Scheduling: No weekend rotation unless interested; Holiday work expected unless approved; RTO requires manager approval; Schedule cycle every 13 weeks
• Other notes: Scrub color navy blue, free parking
