CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality home health care with one-on-one patient focus in Columbus, Ohio. You will clinically lead in patients' homes, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support independence and recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range

$37.40 - $55.63/hour
