Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
• Current and valid RN license to practice in the state where the program is located.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a health care organization or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all patient care services for the home care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and coordinate team member schedules to ensure quality care.
• Lead the team to ensure continuity and high standards of patient care.
