Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and coordinate quality home nursing services, aligned with our philosophy, policies, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice. You will assess patient needs, plan care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program; Licensure: currently licensed as an RN; Experience: two years in Medical/Surgical nursing. Preference for BSN and home health experience may apply.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

Position Details:

Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program

Licensure:Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse

Experience:Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

Certifications:

Other:Valud driver's license and required auto liability insurance.

Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
