Qualifications

• RN license in NJ is required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2–5 years clinical experience with frail/elderly population; 2–5 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CHHA staff daily to ensure delivery of care and regulatory compliance (COPs and state guidelines).
• Develop policies and procedures related to CHHA operations.
• Coordinate staff orientation, scheduling, payroll reconciliation, and performance improvement activities.
• Participate in QAPI meetings, audits, and reviews; communicate with IDT and professionals.
