RN - Home Care for Scottsdale area (Full Remote)

Pay: $110,000 - $125,000

Full-time / Remote - Field

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a committed and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) in Scottsdale, AZ to join our team, offering a full-time position. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being and safety of patients at all stages of their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, crafting personalized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to diverse age groups and health conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate patient histories.
  • Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Monitor vital signs and document any changes in patient conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure complete patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Ensure all patient records and documentation are precise and current.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.
  • Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a multistate license.
    • Per Diem:Candidates applying for per diem must have6 months of home health experience as an RN.
    • Full-Time:No RN and home health experience is required.
