Job summary
Missouri Slope at Home seeks a registered nurse to lead nursing care for clients, develop care plans, and mentor staff. You will coordinate with the RN Manager and ND Home and Community Based Services personnel, ensure training completion, and participate in QAPI and infection prevention efforts.
Responsibilities include on-call rotation, staff orientation, and maintaining clinical documentation. Must travel to client homes and maintain credentials and vaccination requirements as specified by
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered North Dakota license.
- Previous experience educating and training staff preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Experience working with older adults.
- Compliance with vaccination requirements as applicable by Missouri Slope.
Responsibilities
- Assess client conditions, coordinate care plans, and communicate with RN Manager and ND Home and Community Based Services personnel.
- Ensure training requirements are met through ND Qualified Service Provider program, overseeing nursing tasks.
- Meet with potential clients to provide information about At Home Services.
- Participate in QAPI and related meetings; contribute to infection prevention and control programs.
- Coordinate orientation and training for staff; participate in on-call rotation.
- Provide leadership and oversight for staff competencies and safety practices.
