Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver and oversee home-based nursing care following physician prescriptions. You will coordinate care plans with other clinicians, patients, families, and community resources to ensure continuity of care.

Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license; valid driver's license; CPR certification; and the ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
