Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN-Home Care to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in their homes across Oklahoma City and Midwest communities we serve. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to optimize outcomes.

In this role, you’ll educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and preventive care while documenting in the EHR.
