Work Schedule:
Join the HBHC team beginning April or June 2025. 80% FTE, day/evening shift. On-call responsibilities. Weekend and holiday rotation. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will travel and work primarily in patient's homes, your assigned work location will be 301 S. Westfield Rd., Madison, WI.
