The Pavilion at Stow is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Stow, OH, seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care and supervise LPNs and CNAs in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in practicing state (Ohio)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Directs nursing activities of LPN/LVN and CNAs following policies
• Promotes holistic resident care using the nursing model
• Administers medications as ordered and observes effects
• Transcribes physician orders and documents accurately
• Assesses resident status and notifies physician and family
• Schedules follow-up appointments and coordinates transportation
• Provides nursing leadership to unit staff
• Performs wound care and other direct patient care tasks as assigned
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs
• Participates in admissions, discharges and transfers as required
