Job summary

Rainbow Rehab and Healthcare Center in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN). Starting wages for full-time are $37-$53.25 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Flexible pay options offer daily, weekly, or bi-weekly payments via UKG Wallet.

The RN will plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents, supervise clinical staff, administer medications and IVs, and participate in ongoing training. An RN license, CPR, and 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders promptly and accurately.
• Directs nursing staff and assigns care according to resident needs.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments as required.
• Coordinates nursing care with other departments for therapies.
