Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant RN experience.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas or eligible.
• BLS certification required within first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the medical team.
• Schedule outpatient tests and follow-up visits.
• Guide patients and families through the hospital in coordination with care teams.
• Document and update nursing records in the Navigator system.
• Attend care conferences and participate in community outreach.
