Job summary

Education & Training Resources LLC is seeking a Health and Wellness Manager RN to lead the Center’s health services for students in Montgomery, AL. The role oversees medical, dental, mental health care, environmental health and TEAP, and reports to senior leadership.

The candidate will plan and direct the Health and Wellness Services program, supervise staff, coordinate with local agencies, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies while maintaining medical records and incident

Qualifications

• Must be a State Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of three years' nursing experience, with supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing health and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and administers the Health and Wellness Services program.
• Provides supervision, training, and leadership for Health and Wellness staff.
• Acts as liaison to local agencies for coordinating wellness services and inspections.
• Establishes individualized student health and wellness plans.
• Manages medical records and the Health Management Information System.
• Prepares medical and serious incident reports.
