Responsibilities

• Performs manager job responsibilities with minimal supervision. Directs and advises staff regarding patient care, work performance, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Supervises staff and evaluates performance with feedback and corrective action.
• Maintains accurate, detailed reports and client records.
