Correctional Healthcare Partners (CHP) in Chehalis, WA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Health Services Administrator within a correctional facility. You will oversee daily healthcare operations, ensure clinical quality, and maintain regulatory compliance as the on-site leader.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of nursing experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in correctional healthcare, behavioral health, or similar regulated setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance standards, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations within the correctional facility.
• Serve as the primary on-site administrative leader and liaison between CHP, facility staff, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to CHP policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered work environment.
• Utilize clinical expertise as an RN to support nursing operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and clinical staff.
• Assist in addressing clinical workflow challenges and supporting best practices.
• Ensure clinical documentation and processes meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Partner with Recruitment and HR to support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Maintain and manage the site staffing matrix to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate staff schedules with nursing leadership and monitor staffing needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, CHP policies.
• Support audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.
• Monitor and maintain records related to staffing, operations, and compliance.
• Monitor labor utilization and maintain cost-effective staffing practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and resource allocation.
• Serve as a liaison between CHP leadership, clinical teams, and correctional facility partners.
• Provide regular operational updates at leadership meetings and foster cross-disciplinary relationships.
