Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.
• 3+ years of RN experience in a hospital or provider's office setting.
• Current Texas RN license required, with ability to maintain a Compact license or additional state licenses.
• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer coaching and support via video and telephone.
• Perform stress, anxiety, and depression screenings.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set goals.
• Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes.
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities.
• Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes.
• Develop action plans that drive clinical value for customers and clients.
