Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, NM is seeking a Night Shift, full-time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team.

Qualifications

• Active NM nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required by the hiring department.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 2 years Med-Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise staff as assigned.
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, to include patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in his/her charge. Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• HIRING DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PALS
• Preferred Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Two (2) years of experience in the specialty.
• Two (2) years of general nursing experience.
