Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak intelligible English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct patient care.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team from admission to discharge.
• Educates patients and families and documents appropriately.
• Follows evidence-based policies and participates in unit PI activities.
