Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the nursing process.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient status and response to care.
• Demonstrate leadership in care delivery and participate in process improvements.
• Support operations and maintain safety and quality under HRO principles.
