Job summary

Yakima Memorial Hospital, part of MultiCare, is seeking an RN to organize patient care, lead the nursing team and deliver high-quality care in a busy hospital setting. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with clinicians to improve patient outcomes and experience.

Requirements include a Washington RN license (MLS), BLS and facility-demanded ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC/NRP certifications; BSN preferred; one year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license or MLS endorsement required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC or NRP certifications as required by department or facility

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Use nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care honoring diverse backgrounds
