Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS (multistate endorsement)
• BSN degree preferred
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility
• Certification in specialty area preferred
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and health care staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
