Coastal Manor in Yarmouth, Maine, is recruiting a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You will help develop and implement personalized care plans, evaluate residents, administer medications, and document care activities to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current Maine RN is required.
• Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents.
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Accurately document and maintain records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families.
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard in all aspects of care.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
