Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team in a 0.6 FTE, day shift with 12-hour weekend rotation. This role offers a multidisciplinary environment and pathways for professional growth within a trusted community hospital.

The ideal candidate will hold a WA RN license (MLS acceptable), prefer a BSN, maintain current BLS and ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required, and bring 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• WA RN license or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patients.
