Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing with a Kentucky provisional license or RN license is required.
• RN applicant may perform full scope of duties under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provisional RN status valid for no more than 6 months after graduation.
• RN applicant who fails licensing exam is not eligible to be hired or maintain RN applicant status.
