Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in hospice or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of licensure according to standards and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Consult with MD/NP and inform of changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on pain management.
• Coordinate care with Hospice/IDT and other team members.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients.
• Document assessments and interventions thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
